Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different on your screen. Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs, and we will refund any payment taken for it.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email after payment. The payment methods available are shown at checkout.

Returns and product terms

Each product page states whether returns are accepted and for how long. If returns are enabled for a product, it can be returned within the period shown. If returns are disabled, it cannot be returned for a change of mind. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are always covered. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Discount codes

Discount codes are valid only as described when offered, may be limited to one use per customer, and can be withdrawn at any time. They cannot be exchanged for cash.
